Flexible training
Smart Training offers a completely flexible training programme for your staff. Our Online Training Academy gives learners the opportunity to complete their qualifications online as well as through the traditional route of attending monthly study days or a combintion of both. They are offered lots of support throughout their training and are reward with store vouchers for good work.
Courses can start at any time of the year and we have training centres across the country - from York to Portsmouth. We can also offer bespoke training courses for groups at other locations.
Subsidised training
Top quality training is free of charge for eligible* learners under the age of 19 as the Government funds the cost under its Apprenticeship Scheme. Click on the Courses section for full details. For those over the age of 19, subsidised training is available, with an Employers' Contribution of £250 plus VAT for those aged 19-24 and £500 plus VAT for over 25s.
* Free or subsidised training is available to all those in employment for more than 30 hours a week, who have lived in the UK or European Union for the past three years and who don't hold a UK-recognised degree.
