Smart Training offers a whole range of vocational qualifications and Apprenticeships in childcare and management to help you progress, whether you are just starting out or want to move up the career ladder

The qualifications are designed to complement your role and recognise your achievements as your career develops.

Most learners choose to study for their childcare qualifications as part of an Apprenticeship which is funded by the Government (see the Funding page under each course heading for more detail). To gain an Apprenticeship, learners study for either a Certificate or a Diploma plus functional skills - practical skills in English, maths and ICT (information and communications technology) that provide learners with the skills and abilities they need to be able to work confidently, effectively and independently.

A completely flexible training package is available from Smart Training to enable learners to study at a time and place to suit not only themselves but also their employers.
