Great January 2012 offer for employers

Employers can take advantage of a great New Year offer from Smart Training, one of the UK's leading vocational training providers.

For January 2012 only, employers deciding to take on one of Smart Training's quality candidates looking for work, will get the top-up fees paid for the training of another eligible member of staff in either childcare, management or sales/telesales.

The offer is worth up to £600 and covers the Employees Contribution fees for:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Management
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Sales and Telesales.

All the excellent Apprentices on Smart Training's books are working towards their Level 2 or 3 Childcare and carrying out unpaid work experience to demonstrate solid, practical skills to back up their knowledge.

To be eligible for Apprenticeship funding, staff members must have lived in the UK for the last three years, be employed for at least 30 hours a week and not hold a UK-recognised degree. They must also sign up for training before 31 March 2012. Top-up fees are usually £250 plus VAT for19-24 year olds and £500 plus VAT for those aged 25 and over.
