Flexible training from the Childcare Experts
Smart Training is now offering flexible, online learning via our new Online Training Academy. This enables us to personalise learning programmes in a way we've not been able to do before.
At the start of training, learners and their employers choose how flexible they'd like their training to be. Options available for discussion with our team of experienced Training Managers include:
- The length of training
- The number of study days they'd like to attend
- How many study topics they'd like to study online.
